Reminder: Action Required: Annual Student Information Update and Sign-Offs
We ask parents/guardians to update student information annually (emergency contact information, etc). This year we will be doing this digital via Aspen. Here are the directions for how to do so: Annual Student Update - PARENT TUTORIAL.docx. The parent/guardian sign-offs of APS Student Handbooks and the Acceptable Use of Digital Resources policy is also included.

School Picture Day
Smile! On Tuesday, September 22, Attleboro High School, in partnership with Lifetouch, will be holding our annual picture day. Order forms will be available for students in their X-Block class, their house office, the Student Activities Office, the Balcony and the Principal's office. You can also place your order on mylifetouch.com using your Picture Day ID: EVT74F6QR. Orders after Picture Day must be placed online. All students will be required to have a picture taken for use in Aspen. We look forward to seeing those smiles!
BLUE PRIDE AMBASSADORS CLUB (BPAC)
The BPAC is a group open to AHS parents, guardians, and staff with the purpose of enhancing educational and other opportunities for the entire school community. Meetings are held on a monthly basis. Please join us for our first meeting of the school year on 9/15/26 at 6:00 pm. The meeting can be accessed through the front main entrance of the school and a representative will be there to greet everyone. Please join us as we work toward expanding the group and discussing this year’s goals for our students, staff and entire school community.
This year we will be hosting our Krispy Kreme fundraiser, Staff Appreciation Week events, Graduation Ticket Raffle for turf side seats/priority parking, Senior Class of 2027 Yard Sign Sale, a mini-grant program for teachers/staff and Restaurant Dine Out fundraisers. All proceeds raised throughout the year benefit student scholarships, the mini-grant program, Staff Appreciation Week and more.

Career and Technical Education - CTE
Our 9th grade students just finished their first round of CTE Exploratory rotations! Next week, students will enter their second week of Exploratory. If they need help finding their locations, teachers will be in the hallways to assist, and they can stop by the CTE Office, or any House Office to find the schedule.
Teacher - Family Communication
It was great to see so many families at Back to School Night! Let’s keep communicating! Rooms, which is part of our APS digital app, is a two-way communication platform between teachers and families. Teachers will be using this app to communicate with you!
Morning Student Drop-off
We have two different morning drop-off locations for students, one in front of the school in the loop and the other in the back in lot D. Students should not be dropped off in any staff parking lots on either side of the building (Lots A, B or C) or in the bus loop.
Student Parking
Students who have not yet received their parking decals this past week should bring their car registration to the Principal’s Office to receive their decal. Last year’s decals will not be accepted for the 2026-27 school year. New decals must be obtained in order to park on the AHS campus. This will be enforced beginning Wednesday, September 16.
Reminder: PSAT and SAT School Day Opportunity
On Wednesday, October 21 both juniors and seniors will have an opportunity to take the (P)SAT during the school day.
SAT School Day Message - Grade 12
Format: The exam will be given digitally. Students must use their school-issued device.
Registration: Complete THIS FORM by Thursday, September 24.
Important: Do not register through The College Board for this administration.
Cost: $60. Please note that the College Board does not allow SAT fee waivers for School Day administrations. Once your test is ordered, you will receive instructions on how and where to pay.
PSAT School Day Message - Grade 11

Tips for Middle and High School Students
Grant Supported Counseling Services Opt-Out
During the 2026-2027 school year, Attleboro Public Schools is partnering with the Justice Resource Institute (JRI), through a grant to promote health and wellness in our school. The grant provides students access to individual and/or group counseling, at no cost to families or the school district. Services are delivered by JRI clinicians and take place during the school day either in-person or virtually. Students are identified for these services by members of the AHS Student Support Team. Once referrals are received by JRI, parent contact is made to discuss service options and to gain secondary consent before services are delivered. If you have any questions regarding these services or this opt-out form, please contact Athena Sullivan at asullivan@attleboroschools.com. If you do NOT want your child to be referred for these grant-supported services, please complete the opt-out form below by September 18, 2026. This JRI Consent Form linked here is effective from the day it is received by the school and will remain in effect for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year.
