Schedules for the 2026-27 school year will be available in Aspen today, Thursday, August 6. These schedules share more information than the preliminary ones shared with you on June 18. Please note that these schedules are “live” and still subject to change due to any number of factors. You can check your schedule periodically for updates. See the instructions below to access your schedule.
While every effort is made to schedule students into their requested courses, not all primary course requests can be fulfilled due to the complexity of the master schedule.
If an elective or 2-credit course appears on a student’s schedule that was not originally requested, it was added because another requested course could not be scheduled. These courses are used to complete the student’s schedule and support progress toward graduation requirements.
Schedule change requests will ONLY be reviewed for the following reasons: incorrect course level, missing prerequisite, scheduling error, or health/safety concern.
Students may not request to drop or change a course they requested and were scheduled into.
Requests based on personal preference, including teacher, period, trimester, lunch, preferred grouping, convenience, or a change in interest, will not be considered.
If a student was scheduled into a course they did not request, the student may submit a request to review possible options. These requests may be reviewed through the end of the first week of classes, by September 3.
All schedule change requests must be submitted through the form linked below. Direct emails or phone calls to guidance counselors will not be considered official requests.
August Schedule Change Form - This form should be completed by students only using their school email address.
After requests have been reviewed, students will receive a response from their guidance counselor through their school email. Students should check their school email regularly for updates.

Go to the "full" Aspen site by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner and selecting "View Full Site."
Click the 'Family’ top tab
Click the name of the student you wish to view
Click the 'Schedule' side tab
