2026–2027 Preliminary Student Schedules

Preliminary schedules for the 2026–2027 school year have been released and are available to view in Aspen.

These schedules are preliminary and are still subject to change. The schedule currently visible in Aspen is a snapshot of a student’s schedule at this point in time and should not be considered final.

Student schedules may continue to change throughout the summer based on final grades, prerequisite completion, course balancing, staffing, and other scheduling needs. While every effort is made to schedule students into their requested courses, it is not always possible to fulfill every primary request due to the complexity of the master schedule.

As stated in the Program of Studies, schedule changes are only made for educationally compelling reasons.

Students may not request to drop or change a course that they originally requested and were scheduled into. Schedule changes are only considered for educationally compelling reasons, such as:

  • Incorrect course level

  • Missing or unmet prerequisite

  • Scheduling error

  • Health or safety concern

Schedule changes will not be made based on personal preference. This includes requests related to:

  • A preferred teacher

  • A preferred class period, semester, or lunch

  • A preferred grouping with other students

  • Convenience or personal schedule preference

  • A change in interest after requesting the course

Students who have an educationally compelling scheduling concern must complete the Scheduling Concern Form by July 8.

Only schedule change requests submitted through the Scheduling Concern Form will be reviewed. Students and parents/guardians should not email or call guidance counselors directly to request schedule changes. Direct emails and phone calls will not replace the form and will not be considered official schedule change requests. Please see the link below.

2026–2027 Schedule Change Request Form

Guidance counselors are currently prioritizing end-of-year responsibilities and will review scheduling concerns during the summer. In most cases, counselors will not begin reviewing schedule change requests until early July. Counselors will respond by email as they are able after reviewing submitted requests.

Schedules will be shared again at the end of July or the beginning of August.

Lost and Found

As items are found around the school, they are generally turned into the Associate Principals’ Office (“the Balcony”).  Many students check there and retrieve their lost items throughout the year.  Please look over this slideshow to see the collection that exists as of now.  If you recognize any of these items as yours, please have your student come up to the Balcony to retrieve them.

Parents of the Class of 2027!

The Yearbook staff is already getting ready to draft your student’s 2027 yearbook! There is a lot of important information about the yearbook and its deadlines, and it can all be found HERE.
