Meet the people who teach your students! Parent/guardian conferences with teachers take place in-person at AHS this Thursday, October 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Appointments will be made through SignUp Genius. Here’s how to do so:
Use Aspen (or talk to your child) to look up the teachers you want to visit
Go to our SignUp Genius portal: AHS Conference Portal
Find teachers by last name by scrolling or using the search bar
Once the name is found, click on it, and then select the desired appointment time
Be sure to click “save and continue” at the bottom of the page once the time is selected
Submit your name, your email, and your student’s name to finalize your appointment
Complete this process for each teacher you want to see
Important Notes
Appointments are five minutes in length
When scheduling, be sure to allow time for walking between classrooms
