We are excited to host Back to School Night starting at 6:00 on Thursday, September 11 (tomorrow!). This is a great opportunity for families to meet their student’s teachers and learn about the classes that they are taking. Families will visit all eight of their student’s classes in sequential order. Our “bell” schedule for the evening is below.
Here are some additional notes about Back to School Night:
Parking is available in the lots on either side of the building as well as behind the building. Please do not park on neighborhood streets.
Please enter through our main doors at the front of the building (by the flag poles) or through the cafeteria doors (under the big Blue A) at the back of the building.
It is recommended that you bring a screenshot or paper copy of your student’s schedule to follow. Please talk to your student about their classes and the order in which they take them.

The intended audience for this evening is parents/guardians; families may bring children if that is what’s best for them.
The Admin Team will be available in common spaces and in House Offices (second floor) throughout the evening.
If you need access to an elevator, there is one in the main lobby.
The intention of this event is for teachers to introduce themselves to families and share general information about their classes. As such, parents and guardians will follow their student’s schedule (all eight periods).
Looking to confirm your student’s schedule? Here is an easy way to access it:
Log into Aspen.
Click on Family Top Tab.
Click on your student’s name.
Click on the Schedule side tab.
Once viewing the schedule, click on “List view.” This hyperlink is under the Reports and Help buttons. Also make sure you have selected T1 for Time. See the screenshot below.
