Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from the AHS team! We hope that everyone has a safe and joyous break. We return to school on January 2, 2025. Please see the calendar below for our odd/even schedule for next month.

Reminder: Course Selections

The Aspen portal opened Monday, December 16, for students to make their 2025-26 course requests. Thank you to all those students who have already made their requests. If you have not done so yet, please consider these helpful resources and input your requests. The portal closes on January 5, 2024. We encourage families to discuss requests together.

Additionally, we conducted grade level assemblies with students this week to help give further guidance and clarity to the course request process. These slideshows are not all inclusive; rather, they provide foundational information for course request process. Below are links to the slideshows:

We recommend that students make a copy of the Course Request Worksheet (see above) and use it in conjunction with their grade level one pager (also above) when making requests. Students can also use the Program of Studies to learn more about particular courses.
