9.15.23

Thank you to all the families that joined us last night at our Open House. It was wonderful to see so many families and students engaged in conversation with each other and with their teachers about the learning that is happening. We are looking forward to more opportunities for families and school collaboration.

School Picture Day

On Wednesday, September 20, the Attleboro High School will hold School Picture Day.  This year we will be working with Lifetouch. Lifetouch offers many additional services, including the ability to purchase pictures online.  For pricing information, here is a link to the order form. The picture taking schedule is as follows:

  • Block 2 - Grade 10

  • Block 4 - Grade 11

  • Block 6 - Grade 12

  • Block 8 - Grade 9

Students should listen to intercom announcements throughout the day for specific times. This year we will also offer Senior Portrait sessions being held on site after school.

College and Career Fair

AHS is excited to be hosting a college and career fair on Thursday, September 21, that will be our largest in Attleboro High School history. All seniors will meet with representatives from 8:30-9:10 am and all juniors will meet from 9:15-9:45. Whether students are interested in college, the military, or work, there is something for everyone.

Student Parking on Thursday, September 21

We have over 100 college and career fair representatives visiting our campus on Thursday. These representatives will be parking in Lot C, which means students will need to park in either Lot D, the Highland Lot, or the Drummond Lot. Student drivers: please allow yourself plenty of time.

Student Parking in General

As a general reminder, students may park only in the designated section in Lot C. See image below. Students may park anywhere in D Lot. Students may not park in Lots A, B, or on neighboring streets.

Student Pick-up and Drop-off

Thank you for your patience as the rotary finishes the last stages. In the morning there are TWO lanes entering the front driveway to allow for student drop off in a timely manner. In the afternoon there is only ONE lane on the right hand side which allows families to pick up their student and move over to the left lane for quicker exiting.  Please remember there is also a pick up area in the back of the school via the Bushee Street entrance.
