Today marks the end of Trimester 1. A couple of important notes regarding the transition to Trimester 2:
We anticipate making report cards available in Aspen on Wednesday, December 7.
Students should log into Aspen to check their Trimester 2 schedules. On Monday, students will report directly to their T2 classes. Directions on how to view schedules in Aspen are at the bottom of this email.
PSAT Scores Are Coming
PSAT/NMSQT score reports will be released to students directly by The College Board on Tuesday, December 6. Students who provided an email address on test day will receive an email with instructions as to how to access their personal score report.
Below you will find links to some helpful tools that will help you understand your score report and help you access the benefits of your testing efforts. The reports are important and interactive tools students can use to help them in their post secondary preparation and planning.
Understanding the 2022-23 PSAT/NMSQT Results:
Senior Email
On Tuesday, November 29, all grade 12 students and families were sent an email entitled “Graduation and Senior Class Activities.” Thank you to the over 300 seniors who have already responded to the form in that email. If you are one of the few who haven’t yet responded, please do so by December 5. Please note: students must be logged into their @attleborps.net accounts to access the form.
Aspen Contact Information
APS is currently updating the mobile phone numbers on record so that we can send school cancellations and other urgent notices via text message. We ask that you update your contact information in Aspen using the workflow directions listed here: https://5il.co/1ldxt. If you have multiple students, please complete the workflow for each one. Families who wish to have their child(ren) receive text messaging from the district/school, should provide student cell phone number(s) through this workflow as well.
Parking
Construction crews continue to make progress on our new bus loop and parking lots. In meeting with the construction team this week, we learned that the new parking plan will be ready by January 3. In the coming weeks, we will be providing more updates to families and students about permanent parking.
Our First Play in the new Bray
This Friday and Saturday at 7:00 pm the AHS Drama Club will be performing Medea. Tickets will be on sale at the door. Please consider supporting this event. All those attending should enter/exit through the cafeteria doors by the bus loop (back on building).
