Today is the last Friday of our 2022-2023 school year. It’s hard to think back to last August when construction was in full force and the building still had wet paint on the walls. The students have brought in their inquisitive minds and questioning skills as they filled the hallway work spaces and classrooms, and programs have an on-going positive hum of real world connections. Staff and student voices have built the school atmosphere we had hoped for. We look forward to many more positive learning opportunities in the future. Although the classrooms may be quiet for the summer, I know our staff continues to develop ideas and plans for September’s return.
Thank you to all our AHS families that joined us for last week’s Graduation. The weather forecast created a quick location shift from outside to inside, but the night still turned out memorable. Thank you to all the families for your flexibility and collaboration. This year we were able to fit far more guests inside than in the past. We had three indoor locations open with a live stream of the graduation ceremony. Civics Showcase
This week middle schools and AHS teamed up for a share out of group projects. Real life issues and concerns were addressed and discussed. Attleboro students are working towards making a difference.

Grades Closing VERY Soon
Thursday, June 15 is the last day of school, and all grades will be final at that time. Families: if you have any concerns, please contact your student’s teachers immediately so you can work collaboratively toward successful outcomes. We anticipate sharing year end report cards via Aspen the week of June 19.
Year End Obligations
If students do not return school-owned property (examples: school textbooks, athletic equipment, etc), those things will be entered as financial obligations. All obligations must be paid prior to graduation. Please return all obligations by Tuesday, June 13. Note: students will be allowed to keep their school-owned Chromebooks over the summer.
Science MCAS
Thank you to all the students who came in ready to show what they know. We saw students persevere and engage in our state standardized testing.
AP Meeting
Students who requested AP courses for next year will have a meeting in the Bray Auditorium at 10:00 on Tuesday, June 13.
Transportation News: 2023-24 Fee for Service Information
APS will offer bus service on a Fee for Service basis for the 2023-2024 school year. Registration opens on Monday, May 8, 2023, and closes on July 31, 2023.
